Systems Unlimited, Inc., formed in 1975, began by manufacturing, marketing and
selling a short list of proprietary products to the automotive industry. By 1978, it
became obvious that there was great potential for growth in the specialized equipment
market. People began to notice our ability to solve problems through cost-effective and
innovative methods.
By 1985, Systems Unlimited had launched into the business of manufacturing
automation and robotic material handling systems. To assist companies with the
installation and interfacing of industrial robots with their existing equipment, Systems
Unlimited built unique robot end-of-arm tooling (grippers) and ancillary support
equipment. In the following years, David Hanna, president, diversified the companys
marketing efforts by supplying solutions which, today, include both custom
equipment and flexible material handling systems.
Systems Unlimited designs and manufactures specialized equipment which automates
manufacturing processes, increases productivity and decreases on-the-job injury. Today, we
offer large companies such as Polaroid, Dannon Yogurt, Rockwell International, Stryker
Medical, Solvay Automotive, Gillette and Lear Corporation what is called a complete
"Turn-Key system.
